-smart, talented people in the growth org -process is getting stronger -highly entrepreneurial -

Cons

-no 401k match -no bonus -no individual professional development plans to measure performance or successes -low visibility to what is on the horizon -transactional predominantly Slack-oriented workflow, with little to know team/fun/relationship building

Remote, systems are user friendly

Cons

Things change by the hour. You can be working 12-9 then they decide they want you to work 8-5 the very next day with no real communication. I am not sure if there is a strategic team that works to look ahead at possible business issues because there are many. Mandatory OT was implemented many times. Schedules have changed over 6 times in a year. Hired many people to let them go 2 months later without a real reason or warning.

free coffee in office brooklyn work space is open and bright pretty fair salary

Cons

a lot of cons I don't know where to start: leadership is subpar, very low respect it's a pretty toxic work environment wrapped in a progressive bow it's not the best not the worst place. Better than retail pharmacy!
