Everything! Been a start up company for the past 7 years (2016). How long will y’all continue to use that excuse. Management is horrible! Lack of communication! Does layoffs without any kind of advanced notice and expect the employees to understand and just be okay with it. Horrible with managing everything. Liars, don’t care about their employees, always negative, no chance for advancement, favoritism, broken promises! Just plain ole toxic! Always laying off because they don’t know how to have control over their company! Do not work here!

Pros

Health tech company that could have made a massive impact to patients and the pharmacy industry but instead extremely poorly managed and completely wasted the opportunity! Real shame as I’ve worked with one of the most talent group of people in my career which have all been made redundant without recognition.

Cons

Extremely incompetent senior management team that can’t adapt to shifts in market landscape and plan internal resource. 4 rounds of redundancies this year, with no plan on how to turn things around. Complete erosion of culture, promoting friends rather than recognising real talent. CEO is all talk for future vision but too distant from the reality. The ship is sinking fast, extremely talented individuals have wrongly been made redundant or left voluntarily.

Beware of Middle Management

Time off and benefits are extraordinary and almost everyone is delightful to work with!

Cons

The company grew very quickly without much operational structure. However, that is a positive challenge as their potential is off the chart. Unfortunately, the problem that makes this place not worth working for is a group of folks in middle management. These folks have gone unchecked and created a highly toxic environment that is having an extremely adverse effect on the staff. Moreover, the toxic politics have caused the issues they are having today.
