      Flexibility (if you are in a salaried position)

      Where do I start? This company seriously lacks leadership, the newly appointed CEO included. No vision, zero communication. Company is lacking basic ethical and legal standards. A huge divide between how salary and hourly employees are treated. A major lack of understanding in the legal implications of their actions. Repeated layoffs - with the decison-makers having no regard or understanding of the skills and expertise of the teams involved, resulting in losing the wrong people and leaving teams floundering. Things are in a very unstable, messy place and it is only getting worse with skelton teams.

      Pros

      The company has a lot of brilliant dedicated engineers and operations personnel... At least it did until it fired most of them.

      Cons

      The business is bleeding clients and revenue, had 4 rounds of layoffs this year, and mo clear path forward. Beware that of you join, there may not be a Truepill in a year. Management is also increasingly stonewalling employees on financial matters so its harder and harder to see layoffs coming
