      Pros

      Lots of friendly and capable people work there (at least they used to). Decent base salary. Unlimited PTO is great in theory.

      Cons

      Executive leadership seems to have no idea how to run a company where the goal is to actually make more money than you spend. Senior management provides no consistent message of where company is going. Teams are very siloed and unaware of what other teams or even other people on the same team are doing. All hands meetings are really just ra-ra sessions where senior management and executives pat each other and themselves on the back for being so awesome. There is no training for new employees beyond compliance required by law. Employees can't even contribute to their 401k until they've been at the company for 6 months.

      Individualistic culture Extremely siloed, even within individual teams Lack of strategic direction, goals, or vision from leadership Wants to be everything to every customer and every market Some of those in senior leadership positions lack fundamental people leadership skills Encourages closing deals at all costs
