      Pay Laid back Work is very easy especially if you come from a medical background

      Cons

      Favoritism for advancement Not everyone is aware or considered for promotions only CERTAIN people No clear direction from management They prefer Quantity over quality No respect for real health professionals that actually cares about their license and doesn’t just do anything just for numbers

      Pros

      Truepill has outstanding leadership with founders and directors who truly believe in their cause. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Even with Truepill being a start up company, the organization and development have greatly exceeded my expectations. The culture of the company can be exhibited in every team member without fail. Even with being a heavily remote company, you feel very connected to each department and member. Couldn't ask for a better company.

      Pros

      The rapid growth we are seeing opens doors for profound professional growth for almost every level and part of the company. Coming from a consulting and large health co background, it has helped me realize the true meaning behind the phrase "joining a rocket ship."

      Cons

      With fast growth comes growing pains in forms of longer hours and lack of structure and processes in new areas of the business. If you're a glass half full person, the latter is an opportunity for you to shape what the organizational structure looks like and put it into place (which would take multiple, multiple months — if not years — at a more traditional company). If you're not, then this may feel more chaotic and not in alignment with how you want to spend your days.
