The company was successful with its mail order pharmacy product, however as it has attempted to expand, it has failed miserably. The leadership of the company is terrible and it trickles down the org chart. While there's efforts to change this, the long term vision for the organization is nonexistent outside of constant pressure to grow short term revenue, and more recently profits. I'm skeptical that much will change. When changes have needed to be made, the team has moved far too slowly and completely botched the communication around them. Generally, the culture of the company sucks and teams operate in silos. Outside of good heathcare plan options, benefits are nonexistent and certain policies, like only allowing you to contribute to your 401k six months after starting, are just insulting.

Micro-managed like crazy. Patient care was not top priority; it was how many calls can you make in a day. Schedule was horrible with NO flexibility whatsoever. Management would NOT work with anyone being a single parent and needing to pick their children up from school-even with wiliness to make-up time in any way possible. Had to notify Leads/Management to even go to the restroom.
