Pros

Everyone is very friendly and eager to share knowledge and help others. We work with latest in tech and we've built a robust, reliable stack which gives us confidence in our products. Senior Engineers are very helpful and offer guidance whenever asked for it and are very involved in keeping the team happy and up to standards, latest tools and tech relevant developments.

Cons

They lack a few processes, but this is expected in a start up operating in such a volatile, new industry.

For someone who said I'd never work for another company, I eat my words. For the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say I love my job. An awesome work environment led by a leadership team who've created a family-feel workplace. I'm part of a company on an amazing journey, doing amazing things.

Cons

For me personally, nothing I can think of.
