good pay, banker hours easy, enough work

This has probably been my favorite company so far in my career (out of 5 companies that I've worked at). The team and broader organization are all very friendly and collaborative. I think people here take their roles seriously and want to do great work, but are not overbearing about it and understand that we are all moving the ball forward together. I haven't really encountered any drama or petty-ness that I've experienced at other large companies which has really been refreshing. I also feel a great deal of trust from my leadership team to be able to do my job and lean into my strengths. It doesn't feel like I'm also expected to be a full-time researcher, content guru, and product manger here because we partner with other team members who focus on those aspects. I've worked at companies where you were expected to do everything and it was exhausting and made even the parts that I did enjoy doing miserable. Benefits seem pretty decent as well. You can purchase additional time off which is nice. You also get I think 10 sick days a year in a separate bucket which is reassuring. It gives enough flexibility that you don't have to give up vacation time off if you get sick. The older I get, the more I value those nice-to-have WLB benefits.
