Pros

15 an hour starting salary and okay health benefits

Cons

Was encouraged to use vacation days only to find out I had to pay ALL of it back once I was terminated. The company promises separation pay if you let them fire you, but jerks it all back if you've used vacation days. Security system for their debit and credit cards are BS, and we're not supposed to be on the phone longer than 3 min. Worst job of my life and the company is a joke. Thanks for leaving me dry during a pandemic Truist, I made sure to report you to the attorney General and the BBB. TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!

Pros

Relationship with peers helps the stress

Cons

Ultra micro management. Minimum number of documented client conversations (asking where there other money is) or you will get substandard performance reviews. Two years, 1% pay raise each year (max for branch staff) for top producer. Consistently told “there’s no extra $$”. Yet 3 months later, Donta Wilson and Mike Maguire just received $4.5 million “please don’t leave” bonuses. Refuse to adequately staff branches. Everywhere.
