Pros

I have been working at Truist for 2 years it is a company that cares about you. Gives days to stay home with your kids due to covid and school closing, bonus and git cards. Truist has a very good package of benefits. Health insurance with $500 deductible, excellent life insurance, 401k contributions and disability as well. If you want to be in lending you can learn a lot here. I totally love truist

Cons

There is a lot turnover, branches are always short. You have to answer the phone while with client, if you don't performed they will tell you know... and gives you opportunities. There is a merger right now with Suntrust and they are not doing it the best way. trainnig is really poor and system is age stone. You learn with clients and mentors for a week, after that... good luck
