Pros

No pros at all dont work here.

Cons

Truist does not care about their employees. Everyone is underpaid and under valued. You are not just a banker.... 90% of the time you are a teller. They never promote and KPI's are not fair. You only get a 2% raise and will be stuck as a relationship banker for 5,10,15 years and never get promoted. They hire external for management instead of internal. No room for growth. Its modern-day slavery. Also your quarterly bonus is based off the region and its only $1200. Starting salary for RB IS AROUND $52K AND YOU WILL ONLY GET 2% MAX IF YOU EVEN GET IT.
