Pros

Not many but pay is competitive compared to other banks.

Cons

Management is not great, too much gossip amongst coworkers, several incompetent workers, severely understaffed, and your hard work is only rewarded with a tiny quarterly bonus. The support is non existent so if you are not experienced.. good luck.

Pros

Great culture if you're in under the right leadership team.

Cons

Revenue generating team focus. As soon as I went outside that world is when I got caught in the layoffs. Also the health insurance has gotten way more expensive since the merger.
