Sadly, after six years of being here and seeing how the proverbial sausage is made I don’t have confidence in the future of the company. When I was hired I was told that this company would drain my soul. Sadly this has been true and I will be quitting within the next year regardless of whether or not I have another job lined up. I simply don’t have confidence our leadership is up to the task. The level of ineptness has been astonishing at times. I’ve spent a good portion of my career here and wish the company the best. That said, with the mass migration of top talent over the past year and continued issues in the tech space I don’t think it’s looking good. I predict they will lose massively to the fintechs.

No advancement opportunities for women. Men dominate every department leadership - and we’re talking below average men that clearly shouldn’t be in charge of anything. It’s a mess.
