Pros

Work life balance and benefits.

Cons

The recruiting department here is terrible. I’m a internal employee with 15 years of experience and got ghosted by a recruiter! I can only imagine how we treat external candidates with no ties to the company.

Pros

The teammates here are wonderful and willing to help out whenever.

Cons

Since the merger daily work has been subdivided and you have to go through 3 groups to get 1 task completed. The bank comes off as client based and caring to its employees but that is not the case. Workloads have doubled, if not tripled without the slightest mention of pay changes or ways to make the workload doable.
