Pros

Hours are fine, and the pay is okay.

Cons

Do not support teammates. They are about the almighty dollar, not people.

Pros

Decent base salary at higher levels within the company. Good vacation time policy.

Cons

* If they lay you off, severance is a joke -- half of what other similar sized companies in the industry pay. * Executive leadership talks about being bold, but managers are afraid to try anything new or to take even calculated risks * Micromanagement by senior leaders who don't actually know anything about how to manage -- wishy-washy leadership two and three rungs down from the C-suite
