Pros

Depending on where you work, your facility might be upgraded to a relatively modern standard

Cons

Mandatory RTO, while upper management works remote. Constant outsourcing of jobs overseas or converting jobs to contractor positions with third party vendors. Minimal pay increases, benefits slashed.

Toxic Culture

Pros

The compensation is competitive and have good benefits.

Cons

The culture is terrible. People operate from a place of fear and people are too afraid to speak up and say what everyone can clearly see are the problems. There is no accountability for senior leadership and their bad decisions.
