Pros

Coworkers, semi good pay, nothing else

Cons

They’re extremely nit-picky and will listen to your calls to find ways to reprimand you. The first 3 months you’re there you are in training but if you do something incorrect on a call, you will get written up. Oh also, you make the same amount speaking 2 languages and carrying an enormous workload because you have to learn every department as those who are monolingual and work in a specific dept. Stay away.

Purpose Led -- cost driven

Pros

Truist talks a lot about purpose and makes decisions considering the purpose which is great. The marketing team does great work under a lot of pressure.

Cons

There is so much cost pressure and cutting of things that matter to the customer to reach earnings goals. It is very frustrating. There are also so VERY toxic leaders who just seem to continue to rise in organization even though they are known to be toxic.
