Pros

Was a great place to work before the merger and Truist was formed.

Cons

Incredibly “woke” company which seems to care nothing about its employees or customers.

Pros

Good Benefits Nice Co-workers Work at home Flexibility

Cons

Executive/Upper Management (promote caring) but does not care for the employees. Cut jobs yet raise teller pay and build expensive buildings in the name of "innovation" No one will see that as caring for anyone but high up Execs. Managers are constantly kept in the dark. They have no say who is taken from them or transferred to them. Mangers find out everything after the decisions were made for them. Change title to Master puppet
