Lack of training and resources Had to do multiple jobs because of staffing issues No clear path for advancement Micro managed the entire work day Unrealistic expectations Upper management does not care at all Overall negative experience beside some of the coworkers that I met. Truist on paper stresses that they care and we are one team but it's all for show.
