      Pros

      Benefits are fine. Nothing to write home about.

      Cons

      Undervalued, underpaid, no managerial help. Upper management does not care for their employees. No room to grow or advance in the company. Terrible work like balance. Had to work on saturdays to basically do nothing. Clients would have terrible experiences with other employees so by the time they got to you, there is already a bad taste in their mouth. Would never recommend this job to a friend. Would never recommend this bank or service to a friend

      I like the energy at Truist.

      Pros

      Truist was a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed working there and had hoped it would’ve lasted longer but the change from full remote to flex was not a fit. I liked the energy & engagement from the top at Truist, although it didn’t make it to my team. I could see some commitments to overall betterment & diversity at Truist that does not exist at other companies.

      Cons

      In office requirement, no full wfh even w/ success, sluggish IT dept, awful onboarding experience for wfh, teams can be hard to break into due to personal faves treatment / silos, mngmt over empowers peers to make lead decisions when not mngmt which creates toxicity, too many middle managers equated to paper pushers / heavy confusion
