Good benefits and paid time off

Cons

Not enough tellers. Passes over for opportunities to move up constantly!!! Poor pay. Get paid way less than a UB that does the same job as me. I run both lanes of drive thru by myself and did the drive thru while the Branch was closed for almost a year with no help or time off the window. The UN has been there the same 5 years that I have. And I know more!!!and do DOUBLE THE WORK!!!! Only make $.73 more than I did 4 YEARS AGO!!!! Am actively looking for another job!!!

Pros

The company had great hours, teammates that were pleasant to work with, had great vision, mission and values.

Cons

The thing this company lacks is great management. They do not truly listen to the concerns of their employees and make the work environment hard to work under. When employees feel unappreciated then that's where you see turn over.

Pros

- Values it's IT and puts heavy funding on Infrastructure - Tends to hire full-time workers instead of contractors - Excellent management staff that seem to care about your day to day life - Good work/life balance

Cons

-Still very much behind on IT in several technology areas, using equipment that was retired by Microsoft years ago for example - Change process can be very slow and rigorous - Requires work from office, even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and even though it has the capabilities to support all teammates for work from home, for lower level employees.
