Pros

Pay is ok, benefits are not bad and can buy extra PTO.

Cons

bad leadership, 4 days in office with strangers, inconsistent application of who goes to the office. Management is a bunch of gaslighting liars.

Pros

Excellent benefits including a pension plan.

Cons

I worked with some very unethical people. Bold faced lying is commonplace—about important things. They claim they’ve taken corrective action for MRIA but have not, the create fake documents to give to regulators. Hope they get caught! Also too many MAGA people.

Pros

- Work flexibility (hybrid, remote) in certain departments of the bank - Benefits Package

Cons

- CEO and the C-Suite Executives--Poor Leadership at the very top which has resulted in poor bank performance and mass exodus of employees - Toxic culture - Pay for Performance is Non-Existent (1% Merit Pool Increases year over year) - Work/Life Balance is a Real Challenge (too many leaders and not enough workers)
