Micromanaged so much because they only care about their SLAs. Upward mobility is pretty much non existent.

Cons

rude and unprofessional techs and customers. incompetent HR is always messing up pay checks, taxes, benefits, etc and then is unreachable to fix. promotion based heavily on nepotism. environment is often tense if not all out hostile. benefits suck. no development of employees.
