we used to get breakfast at 8am not on the clock, well we didn't get that anymore before I left, car, gas card laptop and phone but you'll be literally on call, 24/7

Cons

20 cent raises as family and Friends of higher ups get promotions and raises, no such thing as seniority, you'll train guys that have no clue what they're doing only to be later reporting to them as your boss. If you're not part of the good ole boys club you will get hounded every single day with emails, warnings and write up for the smallest of interactions but others will literally steal company time and hw but get only praise. No appreciation just harrassment all day every day
