Pros

There are a lot of great unrecognized people that work at truno. Unfortunately they ended up leaving or getting fired for dumb stuff.

Cons

Working for this company was hell all the meetings were filled with stupid unnecessary bs like make sure your tires are inflated and don't smoke in front of clients store. The important things that needed to get related to you were never communicated. Supervisors were very temperamental and did not deal with stress very well. As soon as the new owners took over they started to cut corners and be cheap.

Pros

You get a work vehicle, gas card, and your me time when you go to customer sites. Solid techs I worked with at where I was. Management at my office made sure the stress level was low. You can cut up and laugh but we also knew how to get the job done. Management fixed breakfast for us every Friday morning. Doesn't get any better than that. Also the manager I had really tried to help make you shine and made sure your strengths were displayed. You don't get any better than that.

Cons

When you have a national service manager that moans and complains every Friday and treats everyone like little minions, the whole moral can go down in an instant. The Friday national service calls are a waste of time in my book. Also, the culture seems to be around Lubbock being the brains of the operation while the field is simple parts swappers. The field knows considerably more than what Lubbock thinks they know.

Pros

They provide breakfast once a week. They have a 25 cent coke machine. They are pretty laid back as long as you are doing the work expected.

Cons

They will let you go without a severance package and without notice. They have no concern for work-life balance. They have no actual concern for employ safety.
