      -Motivating, competitive pay structure -Office perks (pet-friendly, free dog walking service, monthly cake day, and more) -Emphasis on intentionally positive, sustainable company culture -Managers are supportive and adept -Remote working options -Somewhat flexible schedule options

      -Took a few interviews to get hired, and another few to change departments/positions

      Great people; Great product; Great company

      Pros

      The people are incredibly collaborative and supportive of one another; So many pets in the office make it impossible to have a bad day; Benefits are terrific; Culture is true to being yourself and build around kindness and love of pets (ours and everyone else's!)

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and there are lots of pain points with that. If you aren't comfortable with change or if you don't thrive in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and patience , it might not be a good fit.

      Love this job! Excellent at work-life balance! Do great things get rewarded!

      Cons

      Work remotely so everything is based on PST time zone can be difficult when in a different time zone.
