      Growing Pains and High Turnover

      Pros

      Pet insurance eliminates the need for financial euthanasia. Working at corporate is awesome with all the pets in the office. Celebrations are always something to look forward to. Different shifts available to accommodate lifestyles.

      Cons

      Employees have extremely high demands and bonuses are based on some unrealistic expectations. Employees always in fear of termination without warning. Turnover is high due to terminations without reasons given to employees. Money driven mentality has changed the way claims are processed and weekly changes to the way policies are reviewed make it difficult to provide consistency for policy holders and employees.

      Pros

      Great benefit and flexible working conditions. Great people, great environment, and options to go remote. Management is always looking for ways to do thing better.

      Cons

      Remotely attended meeting are often a little clunky.

      Pros

      Supportive environment. A focus on helping people learn from their mistakes. Many work from home opportunities. Pay has improved over the last few years.

      Cons

      Poor to mediocre internal communication. Very high performance expectations. A feeling that you are dispensable
