Pros

Supportive co-workers and management. Training is very thorough. Lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement. They really want you to succeed and find the best department for you and your skillset. They are advocates for internal transfers. Typically would happen around 6 months - 1 year, but could be accommodating if you are qualified for another position. Everyone is so kind and easy-going!

Cons

Work form home can make it a little difficult to get in contact with people sometimes, but I usually get quick response times via Microsoft Teams.
