      Can't think of any anymore

      Management is fake with their "you are the best" attitudes but talk bad about you to upper management in front of you. Pay is not great anymore but uses to be amazing. The CEO used to care about his people who worked there and the product relected that. Once he stepped down and took Salary so the company ran by others, it went "corporate". It was not longer the best place to work in Seattle. Employee satisfaction dropped. Customer satisfaction dropped. Really sad actually. I loved working there. Now I'd rather use another company's services just because I know the practices of this company have gone corrupt.

      You'd think working with "pet people" would be a great thing..

      Pros

      Free pet insurance and health insurance. Casual work environment. Enjoyed a handful of coworkers. ability to bring a pet to work (but this is also a con).

      Cons

      The executive/leadership team don't do their job. They are overpaid and take all the credit for other's works. The Territory Partner (TP) business model is a scam. They act like TPs are the backbone for the company yet all leadership does is speak badly of them. Lot's of backstabbers and gossip. A lackluster HR team that does not care about employees.
