      Pros

      Flexibility, amazing work/life balance, low stress, decent base pay with great bonus potential, amazing benefits, awesome co-workers and management (I can only speak to claims department management)

      Cons

      Tech issues can happen often which can cause slow downs which can affect your productivity (and thus your bonus potential), can feel a little disorganized at times as internal policies are constantly changing and not everyone is on the same page all the time

      There were some great people on my team.

      Horribly mismanaged company. Unethical behavior from majority of the leadership team, very disappointing and unsettling.

      Working from home. Salary wasn’t bad.

      Cons

      Depending on the department you had to do everything yourself and couldn’t transfer clients to someone to have them explain why something was the way it is. Like claims didn’t take phone calls so you’d have to explain everything and then also send follow up emails to some clients explaining why things happened the way they did and you didn’t always have enough time to go through your emails because of how busy the calls would be
