      People, salary, flexibility, understanding, challenging work, you can be as involved or uninvolved as you like in company activities - no pressure.

      Sometimes there are tech issues that can slow down people, but they really do try to understand and fix the issues ASAP

      I could probably write a novel on how horrible this company is. When I started here 4 years ago, it was truly a great place. Was excited to show up to work and proud of what I did. If only that lasted. After our founder left, this company started to go down hill fast. Managers became less caring, more micromanaging, cut bonuses by half, and overall treatment is garbage. Rates have become so outrageous that customers legit laugh at you! But we’re expected to tell the customer that $400 a month is feasible if they truly care about their pet. They are so out of touch it’s unbelievable. They will legit nitpick every single call and just degrade you. Don’t think I’ve ever received a compliment here to be frank. How sad! If you have any respect for yourself and care about your mental health—AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
