Amazing Company, Work/life balance and Culture

I've never worked for a better company. I was given the opportunity to work as a TPA and i'm loving every minute of it. The job was pretty stressful at first, but now that I'm in the trenches, and P&C licensed, everything is going great. The benefits are wonderful; 5 weeks off a year, medical insurance, commission, supportive management, and corporation. They really care about their employees and are very involved in the veterinary and pet industry. Every one of my coworkers is pleasant and eager to offer support. I love working here!

Company pillars are disintegrating and executives are actively denying layoffs while dozens of employees are laid off due to their role being eliminated completely.
