      4 weeks vacation. Work from home.

      - Low base pay. - Bonus is paid monthly based off monthly goals. Previously this was a simple process - self scored. Now, be prepared to explain every line item on your monthly goals in detail. You'll need to document everything and be prepared to go back and forth with your manager, paragraphs and paragraphs of emails for a $500 bonus - You have to pay taxes on the 'free' pet insurance - Low quality work. You're judged based on volume, not quality

      Generous PTO. Company truly does believe in work/life balance.

      Cons

      Commission structure changed for the worse. before pay was decent. Today you have to work 3 times as hard for the same pay!
