Pets in the office is the only positive thing about this place

Pros

Pets at work (dogs & cats) That’s really the only positive

Cons

Low pay, little to no annual merit raises, poor communication between departments & fake transparency. Sometimes it’s a revolving door of people which is always unsettling. Little to no job security & no coaching in a role so career growth is limited. Managers are promoted by tenure not talent so it’s basically a game of who can hold on the longest.
