I really enjoy working here. I feel like we have wonderful benefits, especially health care especially since I have very real need of it. And who wouldn't be happy with all the doggos we have here? There are very supportive and approachable management and coworkers. I'm not quite sure what circumstances were going on in the 7/25/19 review, but I've never had that experience. I've always been able to talk to my managers. I have also found that my concerns are heard, surveyed with other members and were addressed accordingly when it was found to be a widespread issue. I think that we have an easy ability to bonus especially if you do what you're supposed to do: I easily bring down a second paycheck worth in bonuses. You can't be afraid to work hard here, but I think the change in benefits really ended up helping out a lot. There's additionally tons of opportunity to progress. We added new teams and new assistant manager positions. There are senior customer service positions opening up due to feedback from us too.

Everyone helps each other succeed, all benefits are very transparent, employee mental health very important having nap rooms, maternal nursing privacy rooms, puppy play rooms, PETS AT WORK, two different cafe/ala carte food selections in conjunction with rotating breakfast/lunch food trucks that come to the office, regular, flavored, carbonated flavored water available to any and everyone, coffee and snacks as needed to keep you going throughout the day, And overall VERY amazing place to be every day.
