They do not believe in customer service, many nurses who have worked there refused to come back, they value numbers over employees and I lost 7 coworkers in a matter of months (2) due to their metrics, they do not value employee input, they do not value what makes them money, and the pay is low, the benefits are expensive and the work environment is hostile, heaven forbid you have a disability, there are no sick days, which means your metrics suffer when you really needed time off, which makes you a target to fire, they do not treat equally, I left for a better opportunity, but believe in warning others, also in order to succeed, expect to work constantly
