      Make sure your growth benefits your tenured employees before your new hires

      Pros

      PTO, benefits, everything else positive fizzled out over the last year.

      Cons

      Dishonesty and disrespect from sales team as well as leadership, new hires are making a higher salary than employees who have been in credentialing for years (no, the highly taxed bonus structure doesn’t make up for it), unrealistic workload and lack of empathy and honesty from director of credentialing.

      If you've seen the movie "The Stepford Wives" you'll understand. No company culture to speak of, sterile and less than a compelling environment.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working for this company. Unfortunately, when you begin employment here, you are completely sold on it. After the dust has settled, you really see what the management is like.

      There isn't enough time in the day to list the cons of this company. When there is an opportunity to screw their employee over, they will jump at any chance they can get.
