Decent place to get started or your foot in the door with banking

Cons

Low pay , ask the world of you , constant moving from branch to branch on short notice , terrible Covid protocol, they see everyone as a body not a person and will get rid of you in a heart beat if you question anything

Pros

Most of the employees are very informal and easy to talk too. The health insurance was good at one point, it kept changing every year. Some of the managers and VPs actually care. Banking hours are great.

Cons

They work you to the bone and then don't allow overtime. The pay is less than every other bank, most people get their experience and then leave. My department downsized from 6 to 4 because our VP took our people for her other department and then didn't replace any of them.
