paid holidays off. no sundays

good luck getting Saturdays off. So short staffed. Large turnover because you are just a body in a chair. upper management is so out of touch with branches. Handled COVID poorly. while CDC recommended little contact with people, Trustco was having people go from branch to branch to cover branches that were affected by COVID. People who were exposed were paid depending on opinion of upper management very Discriminatory . Out dated equipment and computer programs. HR will change your annual reviews given by branch manager to give little or no raises. Males and females are paid differently with the same experience levels. Rob McCormick is full of himself

Pretty much everything. Management could care less about employees. You'll definitely be underpaid. Nothing says we appreciate our employees like a $15 gift card to Hannaford as your Christmas Bonus. They don't even give you WiFi... Could go on and on about how much I despise this place.
