Great advancement opportunities are available to under qualified employees who can demonstrate ambition and competence.

Cons

Promotions are the only way to get meaningful raises. Pay is extremely stagnant and has not been updated in several years. Employee retention is miserable with prolonged and severe staffing issues across the region.

easy to learn, cool co-workers, there are company benefits.

Cons

some of the managers and supervisors that should be helping you don't know how to help you so they tell you to ask a different department to get an answer on what to do to help a customer, sometimes you have to figure things out yourself because none of the other departments have an answer... even though they have been working there for a long time and you cant have customers waiting too long, no job security because they can and will fire you whenever they want without any reason.
