Hours, holiday pay, good starter job.

Cons

Trustco is, well, cheap. They underpay for travel expenses and are notorious for low-balling salaries. On the teller side there is outdated equipment, and in administration it is clear that a few of the departments lack competency.

No pros whatsoever. At all.

Cons

There’s a reason why this company has a high turnover rate for employees. They do not care about the employees mental health or well-being. They make you jump through hoops to take time off. They make you go above and beyond while paying you the bare minimum. The HR department is useless and non-existent. They hire any and everybody in those same people quit a month after working there. I don’t care how desperate you are for money, this is not the place to work. They also have horrible benefits.

If you like poor management and total of two staffed members In a branch . While upstate location are fully staffed .

Cons

They quit as soon as they come in . Low pay ,little to no vacation. They have to close the branch to have lunch . Then they want you to work during lunch . The system are from the Stone Age and they aren’t transparent about the job. It’s bate and switch. Run fast !
