This is a haphazard (more hazard than hap), nepotism driven "financial institution." Their systems are the best of the 80s, and many employees at the highest level have minimal understanding of their job function. Example, the CEO doesn't have a computer and he currently has at least two family members working at the company. It is well-known that his family acts as spies for the company. In the last 6 months, I know of seven new employees that quit before they reached four months of tenure. This is not hyperbole - if anything, it's understatement. This is a financial sweatshop from top to bottom.

As an assistant manager my hours were all over the place and I never knew where I was going to be scheduled week to week. I didn't feel valued as an employee, and toward the end of my career there, I would constantly hear upper management gossiping about me, changing my work expectations by adding their responsibilities to mine, and taking credit for the work I did. overall I ended up walking out without giving notice, and I will never go back.
