Terrible c-level leadership and horrible culture in the US

Some good folks across the company, but far in between

Cons

Terrible C-level leadership, particularly CEO Alex, CFO Uri and CBO Craig. Rude, demanding, and Very disrespectful . Culture is non existent which is why the company is in shambles and good people are jumping the sinking ship.

No clear strategy Poor management team / CEO Product capabilities severely lagging (non-existent, bad integration with European counterpart, highly dependent on banks or strategic partners) Culture is toxic - no transparency; not honest with customers, partners or consumers Results of employee survey never shared (telling) Vast majority of revenue is sports betting Core operations is outside the US (exposure)

Lack of career development talks. Lack of culture within usual start-up/scale-up environment. Lack of support from management. Even getting an answer from management is pulling teeth and nails. Too much talking, not enough action.
