      Decent pay that is it.

      Cons

      CEO is full of himself. Could care less what employees think. Some how was voted CEO of the month by some magazine that no one ever reads. Obviously they did not ask for input from the rank and file. Very negative in environment, you fear for your job from day one. Witnessed a lot of good employees get let go for one reason or another. They also have been in battle with the union for years now. They say one thing and really mean another.

      none. this place is horrible. unable to get any time off and how do you have some branches union and other branches none union.

      Cons

      all upper management are for cast offs from TCF. if you are not one of them you are blackballed. branch managers all sit on their butts. all upper managers kiss each other's butts the whole place is terrible. very high turnover as people catch wind of the rouse quickly.
