      Pros

      Salary is competitive, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      The CEO is a loud mouth little man with ADHD. He doesn't take the time to know any of his employees & I have been employed there for almost two years with no acknowledgment from him-although I see him often. Frequent disorganization leaves senior members ready to pull all of there money out & no one seems to care that employees have to deal with their frustration. No one takes accountability for their job duties & passes responsibility to others.Upper management has no regard for how hard their good employees work with demanding expectations & a plethora of ignorant emails that are completely unprofessional. Currently interviewing with other companies that take their employees seriously!

      Salary compensation seems to be the justification of management to bully and blame their subordinates and/or other departments by shift blame to build the mentality that they are indispensable.

      Cons

      TruMinnesota passive aggressive culture that divides departments and builds discontent with zero trust. Disgruntled employees managing over billion dollars in assets.

      Very political, unreachable sales qouta's, you will never get promoted on your experience and qualifications, only if you get in good with upper management.
