Pros

- Wide range of both applications and workday routines - Independence in completing work tasks

Cons

- No training is provided on hardware, software, networks, etc. - A large portion of employees speak poorly of IT publicly, and in general do look down upon you and your work regardless of results. - Depending on location, you will be expected to maintain numerous branches with no other IT staff or resources on your own frequently.

The culture at the headquarters was friendly and positive, very few negative things to say

Cons

The company has an identity problem, constantly changing its branding and marketing without really striking a chord with its members

Technology from the 80s + lots of unethical practices

Pros

Very few. Good work/life balance (only with the right managers)

Cons

- Every piece of technology functions like it’s from the 80s. Light years behind! It affects every single position and member. -Corrupt from within. HR is known to have mishandled garnished wages. HR made sure to discuss private information about employees health (COVID) in very public places. . - DO NOT expect more than a $50 gift card and a 2% each year. - Zero training for anyone in the Contact Center. You will have to teach them how to do their job and then clean up their mistakes. - Management at every level is incredibly out of touch with the bulk of employees. Managers make decisions quickly and without thinking about anything other than $$$$ then leave you to deal with the consequences. -No, you probably won’t get to ever work from home. If you do, every minute of your time will be micro-managed.
