Opportunity to make good money... sort of. Dollars per hour still work out terribly.

Cons

They couldnt care less about their employees. Senior Management should not have people working for him, Middle Management has no idea how to lead, they want nonstop work out of all employees to get as much out of them as they can before they burn out and quit. (Notice how the good reviews come in bunches as they force current employees to leave positive reviews here and try to save their reputation).

Good team. Too bad I can’t say the same thing about management anymore

Cons

They changed the pay structure to benefit more upper management and managers in general. Right now all employees start with a minimum hourly pay and no commission. No OT New pay structure suck for new employees and for the few who stayed in the company after all the changes.

Management is done by people in front of computers, in 4 years I rarely saw a manager, they had no clue what went on in the field.
