A great job with terrible upper-level policies.

A good job if you enjoy the outdoors and working with wildlife. you get to meet a lot of new people and see a lot of new places.

Cons

the company does not pay for your drive time to your first job and after your last job, and since the work is whereelver the clients home is that can be up to 2-3 hours a day of unpaid labor. managers also have the ability to modify your paystub and remove hours from your timecard.

Technicians get to work outside and get some exercise

Cons

As a route tech, most of your work includes just spraying deterrent and filing rodent bait stations. As an exclusion tech, a large part of your job is sealing up openings on house. This includes being exposed to the elements on the roofs of house four potentially hours at a time. If you work in a successful district, you have no work life balance. It's work work work. Does not pay enough to make a living unless your in sales or upper management. If you're in sales, you're selling services for A LOT and many people don't want to pay that much. The company has a minimum amount for service and when people don't want to pay for it because it is expensive, the company tells you to just really sell the value of the service.
