Pros

Opportunity to make good money... sort of. Dollars per hour still work out terribly.

Cons

They couldnt care less about their employees. Senior Management should not have people working for him, Middle Management has no idea how to lead, they want nonstop work out of all employees to get as much out of them as they can before they burn out and quit. (Notice how the good reviews come in bunches as they force current employees to leave positive reviews here and try to save their reputation).

It exists, so that's cool

Constant lying. Some of the most dishonest and selfish people running this place

Pros

The company has been growing double digits for years. Expansion continues in the West and Midwest and they prefer to promote from within for those looking to step up. Compensation is good, benefits are good and the parent company (Rollins inc) is very stable. Technology changes have allowed for more streamlined scheduling, allowing technicians to be more productive (and increase their paychecks)

Cons

The industry is not for everyone. Those that do not desire to work with customers daily should not apply. The entry level positions spend a lot of time in the heat, in attics and driving.
