Pros

Very smart people and innovative solutions. The company is driving change across the healthcare industry. It is a fun office environment depending on which side you're on. Nice water bottles.

Cons

New leadership lacks inspiration and they don't really know the industry. Morale is at an all-time low and it seems like most people are looking for new jobs.

Pros

Remote work, coworkers are friendly

Cons

Truveris seems to be on a downwards trend. This company has an alarmingly high employee turnover rate. Not to mention many former clients have turned to in-house solutions to replace Truveris’ often faulty pharmacy services. - People are let go or leave frequently. Job stability is very low, especially on the sales team. - Lack of communication/transparency from superiors - LOTS of work politics at play. - 3 CEOs in the last 5 years says a lot

Pros

Truveris has isolated groups of talented people who are committed to their work.

Cons

Truveris puts process before people, and one that lacks any rationale. This is compounded by a fundamental absence of understanding of each others' roles, which is likely to due to the degree of isolation among the departments. Managers don't listen to their employees. This promotes a toxic culture in which employees are either complacent or fearful. However, the negative effects are the same, both chilling and status quo. Managers don't manager employees, rather metrics that don't correspond to creating or delivering value. Decisions are predominately reactive and extremely myopic, akin to arbitrarily replacing parts of a broken machine that's never been well-understood.
